Return Process

  Log into your Lalique account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer box with all tags attached, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your return to our boutique.
